Snr Project Engineer (Electrical)

The Senior Project Engineer plays a critical leadership role in managing and delivering complex electrical projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budget, safety, and quality standards. This role works closely with the Project Manager and takes ownership of key technical, site, and coordination functions across the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.

Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical works.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of electrical systems and components,

Project Management Skill

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and team performance effectively.

Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Software Proficiency

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software with strong understanding of Drawings.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and develop efficient solutions.
