Snr Project Engineer (ACMV)

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing and executing complex projects within the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) sector. This position ensures that all project activities are carried out efficiently, in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements. The role involves leading project planning, coordination, and delivery efforts across all stages — from conceptual design to project handover — while ensuring cost, quality, and schedule objectives are met.

Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the ACMV field, specifically with HVAC systems and projects.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design. Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC system design and installation.

Project Management Skill

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and team performance effectively.

Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Software Proficiency

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software for HVAC system design and drafting.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and develop efficient solutions.
