BIM Modeler (ACMV)

The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining engineering designs and models to ensure structural drawings and specifications align with project requirements. This role involves utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to produce precise 3D models, manage design data, and support the project team in visualizing and coordinating the design intent across multiple construction projects. The BIM Modeler ensures models adhere to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards while collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to drive project success.

Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of related working experience

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification

Technical Expertise

Knowledge of construction processes and project management, with familiarity in BIM standards and procedures

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models

Software Proficiency

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD

Industry Knowledge

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards

Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Strong communication and collaboration skills
