Assistant Project Engineer (ACMV)

The Assistant Project Engineer supports the management and execution of projects—primarily in the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) domain—ensuring compliance with project timelines, budget, safety, and quality standards. This role works closely with and supports the Project Manager throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, contributing to technical, operational, and administrative aspects of project delivery.

Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) works.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Technical Expertise

Basic understanding of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork layouts.

Project Coordination Skill

Ability to support project schedules, budgets, and resource coordination effectively.

Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Software Proficiency

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant HVAC design or drafting software.

Analytical & Problem-Solving

Good problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
