Job Description
The Senior Project Engineer is responsible in handling complex projects, mainly in the electrical systems, in accordance with company procedures, including the continuous improvement of productivity, customer satisfaction, schedule, delivery and safety performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of electrical systems for various projects
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of proposed projects
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Managing project teams and ensuring that all team members are working together effectively
- Ensuring that all electrical systems meet safety and regulatory requirements
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards
- Providing technical support to project teams and clients
- Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise during the project
- Communicating project progress with stakeholders
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in Electrical works
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software with strong understanding of Drawings
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
